Summary: The home was very comfortable and welcoming. Lovely sunsets and quiet neighborhood. Alex was very quick to respond to any communications and willing to reschedule our stay due to hurricane concerns. Nice to have two main beds/baths, each on opposite ends of the house.

Summary: We were here for a month. Opening up the wall of glass doors every day to enjoy the lanai and views of the canal was my favorite activity. Great neighborhood for my daily runs. House was perfectly equipped to cook delicious meals from local seafood. Lots of reasonably priced golf nearby. Easy trip to beautiful beaches. Alex was great to work with. Highly recommend.

Summary: Our family of 6 had a great time staying at this property. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, big covered lanai, and the dock daily. It was a great location for exploring all the nearby beaches (ft Myers/sanibel/captiva/etc) in the area and highly recommend renting a boat for getting around. The owner was very responsive and the home was well stocked with everything you could think of. Definitely would recommend.
